Ortho Care Wayne, part of Atlantic Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced Medical Office Associate professional.

Essential Functions:

• The MOA will manage phones, schedule appointments, register patients in a practice management system, collect co-pays, manage all paper documents, and perform all other administrative tasks typical of a physician practice.

Education:

• HS Diploma required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Prior administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills a must
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with all levels essential
• EMR experience a plus
