Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Social Worker for Oncology Services within the Breast Cancer popuation at Morristown Medical Center to work from 8 AM to 4 PM.
 

• Provides psychosocial support services to patients and families with a breat cancer diagnoses along the care continuum.
• Assesses patient and family needs and develops a comprehensive care plan.
• Coordinates individual and group support programs and community educational programs.
• Serves as a liaison to community organizations.

• MSW with current LSW or LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum two (2) years of oncology/breast cancer experience required.
