Morristown Medical Center is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate I to work in the Radiology - Mammography Dept.  the hours will be 9:30am - 5:30pm, weekends as needed.   

Selected candidate will:

• Manage phones
• Process patient requisitions
• Coordinate patient flow
• Monitor status of patients waiting for completion of procedures
• Communicate with sections within Breast Center/Radiology & hospital
• Act as an assistant to attending physicians
• Operate hospital information system EPIC
• Perform other administrative functions associated with hospital Radiology department & Nursing Units

Education:

• High School Diploma required

Requirements:

• Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills a must
• Knowledge of patient care & breast imaging examination procedures a plus
• EPIC & pre-authorization experience a plus
