Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Outpatient Physical Therapist at Chilton Medical Center in 242 West Parkway location. Hours will be 1pm to 8pm, five days per week. 

•  Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to a generalized orthopedic and neurological population.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate of accredited PT program required

License/Certifications:

• NJ PT license required

Relevant Experience:

• OP experience preferred
