Atlantic Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist I for their Chilton Medical Center location. This incredible opportunity has varying shifts through the week, from 7am-3pm, and will require every other weekend. 

• Evaluation of patients, establish goals, frequency and plan of care, provide interventions

• Provide patient and caregiver education

• Document all patient contact

• Bill appropriately

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program required

License/Certifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey

Relevant Experience:

• Preference given to candidates with acute care hospital experience
