Atlantic Health system is seeking multiple Per Diem Medical Office Associates for AMG Pulmonary & Allergy Associates in Cedar KnollsNJ

Essential Functions:

• The Medical Office Associate will manage phones, schedule/confirm appointments
• Medical Office Associategreet patients, enter demographics & patient information, verify insurance coverage
• MOA will accurately complete necessary forms, collect co-pays, balance cash, maintain schedule in EMR system and process pre-certs/authorizations & referrals as well as medical records releases.

Education:

• High School Diploma required

Requirements:

• Prior administrative experience in a physician practice preferred
• Able to multitask and work flexible hours to accommodate physicians’ schedule
• Computer literacy in Word and Excel helpful
• Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
