Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Part time Telecommunications Operator covering the 10am-6pm Sunday and Friday shift.

 

Candidate will also be trained in various locations to enable the ability to cover as needed.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • The Contact Center Agent will work in a Call Center Environment processing incoming and outgoing calls and ensuring customer resolution and satisfaction.
  • Requirements for this position will be to handle a high volume of calls with the capability of responding to all types of emergencies, via telephone, in relation to the hospital emergency codes that are called in by various departments. 

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma required, some college preferred

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have experience in a Call Center environment or the equivalent in a high volume office environment.
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills as demonstrated by previous work experience.
  • Must be able to speak and type simultaneously.
