Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Food Service Rep at Morristown Medical Center to work 4:00pm - 9:00pm, including 2-3 Weekends/month.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions: preparing, portioning, and delivery of meals to patients at Morristown Medical Center utilizing our room service program.
  • Attention to detail while completing these tasks is essential to patient safety while adhering to prescribed diet orders.
  • Responsible for other general kitchen tasks including, but not limited to sanitation.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • Experience in food service, cafe, deli, or related dining area is preferred.

Qualifications;

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 lbs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service during all interactions is an essential element of this position.

Relevant Experience:

  • Experience in Healthcare Food Service, or high-volume dining preferred
