Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Program Manager for the Nursing Administration at Overlook Medical Center to work 8am-4:30pm.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Manage Magnet reporting and documentation
• Maintain Magnet readiness at all times
• Integral part of Shared Governance
• strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:

• BSN required
• MSN preferred

Relevant Experience:

• At least 5 Years of experience working in a Quality Improvement, Performance Improvement, or Magnet Coordinator role in a Magnet designated facility preferred.
• Experience with NDNQI, patient satisfaction/HCAHPS measures and compliance.
•      Previous RN experience preferred. 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
