Atlantic Heath System is seeking a full time Certified Sterile Processing Technician for the Operating room at Morristown Medical Center to work 3PM-11PM.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Must be able to push, pull heavy sterilization transport carts
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Basic computer knowledge with an Instrument Tracking system
• Complete knowledge of a case cart preparation system
• Familiarity with correct materials for packaging and wrapping all instrument sets and trays

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Graduate of accredited sterile processing program preferred

Minimum Experience:

• 1 year of experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• CBSPD/IAHCSMM or CRCST certification preferred
