Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services Manager for the Environmental Services Department at Morristown Medical Center. 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Will oversee shift operations in the Environmental Services department.
  • Essential functions include; Directly overseeing/developing Supervisors/Team Leaders to ensure quality, training Team Members as needed, improving patient throughput by reducing turnaround times for discharge cleaning.
  • Provides a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and team members at all times.
  • Must be able to bend/push/pull/lift 50LBS.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • HS Diploma/GED required.
  • 4 Year College degree preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • Previous experience managing Environmental Services in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Must be able to read/write/speak English.
  • Strong computer (Excel, Word and Power Point), customer service/people skills a must.
