Atlantic Health System is seeking Per Diem Registered Nurses to work in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Morristown Medical Center.  

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Candidate will assist physician(s) with CATH/PCI, Peripheral, Impella, Structural Heart Cases (CoreValve, SAPIEN, MitraClip, Watchman, Valvuloplasty, PFO, ASD) and ICD cases.
• Administers post-recovery care of patients including, arterial and venous sheath removal.
• Must be able to assess for and manage arterial access site complications. Adheres to on-call policy requirements and responds appropriate to emergency calls per unit policy.

Minimum Education: 

• BSN Preferred
• MSN Preferred

License/Certification:

• BLS required
• ACLS required
• CCRN preferred

Minimum Experience:

• 1-2 years of Acute care, Cardiac Telemetry, ED, Med/Surg experience strongly preferred
• Previous Cath Lab experience is a plus
