Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Medical Office Associate for Medical Institute of NJ, part of Atlantic Medical Group ranging from offices in Morristown, Rockaway, Paramus, Wayne, & Cedar Knolls, NJ.
Essential Functions:
The MOA will manage heavy phone volume, greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, process referrals and pre-certs/authorizations if needed in the practice
Medical Office Assocaite will enter patient demographics and information, verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays and other front end duties typical of a physician practice.
Education:
High School Diploma required
Qualifications/Requirements:
Prior administrative experience in a physician practice required
Knowledge of computer scheduling and Epic experience a plus
