Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Food Service Representative I for the Food Service Department at Morristown Medical Services to work various hours including every other weekend. 

Responsibilities

Essential Function/Responsibilities:

  • This position will be in the retail and catering area of the Food & Nutrition Department.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions: preparing, portioning, and charging of meals to visitors and employees of Morristown Medical Center.
  • This position may also be responsible for other general kitchen tasks including but not limited to sanitation.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service during all interactions is an essential element of this position.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • HS diploma or GED equivalent required or will obtain within 2 years of employment.

Minimum Experience:

  • Qualified candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull 25 lbs
  • Experience in healthcare food service, or high-volume dining is preferred.
