Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse for the 4 East Unit at Chilton Medical Center to work 7pm-7am including 1 weekend shift per schedule. 

Essential Function/Responsibilities:

• Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
• Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
• Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Purpose, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion and Extraordinary Caring) in every aspect of their job.
• Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills. 

Minimum Education:

• High school/GED diploma required
• BSN preferred

Minimum Experience:

• 1-2 Subacute or LTAC experience preferred

License/Certifications:

• Valid New Jersey Nursing License required
• BLS required
