This role is ideal for a skilled, collaborative, and experienced family medicine or internal medicine physician who is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to our patients according to pre-arranged schedules, documenting care promptly and following charting protocols, and ensuring appropriate follow-ups for all aspects of ordered care. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clinical oversight. • Prompt and complete attention to all patient care needs including diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of medical procedures (within their scope of practice).
• Employing quality and process improvement techniques.
• Collaboration, communication, and coordination with all physicians and healthcare personnel caring for patients.
• Efficient use of departmental, hospital, and healthcare resources.

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Must have at least 3 years of experience
• Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team
