Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Medical Dispatcher 2 to cover day shifts, including weekends as required by department.

The Atlantic Mobile Health Dispatcher 2 (Communication Specialist) is an integral part of the Air Medical Flight and Critical Care Ground Teams that assures the safe and efficient coordination of Critical Care Operations including ground ambulances, helicopter and fixed wing transportation solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• High school diploma or GED required

Certifications:

• 911 Officer (BTC) and EMD (New Jersey or National Academy) preferred
• Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic preferred
• In-house training provided

Relevant Experience:

• Previous health care experience is a plus
