Atlantic Health System is seeking a a full-time Medical Office Associate I located at Rockaway Family Medicine to work 9AM - 5PM, including alternating Saturdays. 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• The MOA will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as managing phones, checking in patients upon arrival, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into the electronic medical record, processing medical records releases and other clerical duties as assigned 

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma required

Minimum Experience:

• Prior administrative experience in a physician practice preferred
• Computer literacy essential
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills a must
