Atlantic Health System is seeking a Practice Manager for Electrophysiology Phys Assoc, part of Atlantic Medical Group, to assume responsibility for the day to day operations of our Morristown NJ office.
Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, the Practice Manager will be responsible for the operational management of physician practices (multiple groups of physician leaders at multiple locations) to enhance our ability to deliver high quality, safe, affordable patient care within a healing culture to improve the health status of the communities we serve based on PRIDE (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence). The Practice Manager will assume responsibility for ensuring the cost effective delivery of quality patient care while striving for continued improvement in operating and financial performance and remain abreast of financial and operational growth goals for the department/practice and strategize for continued improvement in operating and financial performance. In conjunction with AMG leadership, the Practice Manager plays a key role in the implementation and enforcement of the practice’s strategic plan(s).
