Atlantic Health System is seeking a Practice Manager for Electrophysiology Phys Assoc, part of Atlantic Medical Group, to assume responsibility for the day to day operations of our Morristown NJ office.

Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, the Practice Manager will be responsible for the operational management of physician practices (multiple groups of physician leaders at multiple locations) to enhance our ability to deliver high quality, safe, affordable patient care within a healing culture to improve the health status of the communities we serve based on PRIDE (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence). The Practice Manager will assume responsibility for ensuring the cost effective delivery of quality patient care while striving for continued improvement in operating and financial performance and remain abreast of financial and operational growth goals for the department/practice and strategize for continued improvement in operating and financial performance. In conjunction with AMG leadership, the Practice Manager plays a key role in the implementation and enforcement of the practice’s strategic plan(s).

Essential Functions:

• Assists Practice Administrator with budget adherence, monitoring and preparation.
• Has financial accountability for day to day operations. Manages personnel. resolves customer service issues
• Corrects service deficiencies. Manages hiring, supervision, performance evaluation. Responsible for daily operations.
• Preferred RN (Registered Nurse) experience previously

Education:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• If a Practice Manager also has clinical nurse responsibilities, the following education, training, licensing and certification requirements apply:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous Medical Office experience. Experience with the med office daily operations preferred. Experience preferred.
